Thank you for shopping with SWPIECES. While we hope that you will love your pieces if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the same item or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed item within 7 days of the delivery date. Exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt. Clothing must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

IF ITEMS ARE LOST IN MAIL BY FAULT OF CUSTOMER NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED.
